Youth SET for Life

University faculty, 4-H staff and other are working together across the country to build the Youth SET for Life community through eXtension. The Youth SET for Life community is for those interested in science, engineering and technology. Youth and adults can explore, learn and share together.

The site is growing daily and includes areas such as: Farming in the 21st Century, Water and Energy. The community plans to expand to include material on the Environment, Biotechnology, Geospatial Technology, Animals, Plants, Insects, Earth & Space, Robotics, and Rocketry.

Did you know that farming involves GPS, remote sensing and other technologies? Check out the video series on Farming in the 21st Century to learn more about how food and fiber are produced and precision agriculture.
