America's Wetlands Foundation is hosting the “Keep Your Eye on the Prize” Student Art, Photo and Poetry Contest will begin accepting submissions on February 2, 2009. Entries must be received no later than midnight on May 15, 2009.
The contest is open to Louisiana students enrolled in grades K-12. The subject of the entry must be “Why the coastal wetlands in Louisiana – a region known as America’s WETLAND – are a national treasure worth saving and protecting. All of the poems that meet contest requirements will be posted on the America’s WETLAND website
